These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Keen Technology LLC ("OneJob," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the OneJob platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1The Service

OneJob provides a platform designed to connect customers with service providers and enable small businesses to manage and grow their operations. Features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Job posting and booking
  • Business profiles and discovery
  • Messaging and communication tools
  • Scheduling and task management
  • Payment processing integrations
  • Analytics and reporting tools

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

4User Roles

Service Providers (Businesses)

Businesses using OneJob agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements

Customers

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate job details
  • Pay agreed-upon fees
  • Interact respectfully with service providers

5Payments & Fees

OneJob may offer:

  • Subscription plans
  • Transaction-based fees
  • Payment processing via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

By using payment features, you agree:

  • To comply with third-party payment terms
  • That fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • That subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, or messaging services). We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party performance
  • Data handling outside our control
  • Disputes between you and third parties

7User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"), including:

  • Business listings
  • Photos
  • Messages
  • Job descriptions

By submitting content, you grant OneJob a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your content.

8Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Misrepresent your identity or business
  • Post fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content
  • Interfere with platform security or operations
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
  • Use the Service to compete directly without authorization

We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

9Business Verification & Trust

OneJob may offer optional or required business verification features. You acknowledge:

  • Verification does not guarantee legitimacy
  • You are responsible for due diligence
  • OneJob is not liable for interactions between users

10AI & Automation Features

OneJob may use AI tools to:

  • Suggest jobs or providers
  • Generate content or insights
  • Improve platform performance

AI outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content.

11Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Business outcomes or revenue

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneJob shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Disputes between users

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keen Technology LLC from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your business activities
  • Your violation of these Terms

14Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment

Termination may result in loss of access to your data.

15Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective:

  • Immediately for new users
  • Within 30 days for existing users

Continued use means acceptance.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Keen Technology LLC is registered.

17Dispute Resolution

You agree that disputes will be resolved by:

  • Binding arbitration (where permitted)
  • Individual claims only (no class actions)

You waive the right to a jury trial.
